The 30-day money-back guarantee is only applicable to our hosting services, including shared hosting, VPS hosting, and cloud hosting products. It does not apply to domain name registrations, renewals, or transfers. Once a domain has been registered or transferred, it is non-refundable.
4. Refund Process
